We are proud to present the progress of the Ovation at Sweetbrier Amenity Center—a showcase of innovative, community-focused design. Developed in collaboration with @MungoHomes, this project by D. Clugston exemplifies amenity spaces for age-targeted communities.

The amenity center will feature a contemporary fitness area with retractable glass garage doors, enabling seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor activities. Next to this space, residents enjoy a luxurious outdoor pool and spa, designed for relaxation and well-being. The expansive event area, equipped with catering facilities and stylish lounge zones, provides the perfect setting for year-round community gatherings. A signature, central open-air breezeway connects the main spaces, maximizing natural light and airflow while fostering a sense of connection.

This amenity center stands as a testament to thoughtful design, enhancing both lifestyle and community engagement.

D. Clugston is proud to be partnering with @homesbystanleymartin on the Haddenstone Amenity project, which is currently under construction and progressing smoothly. This project is currently finishing up the framing phase. Looking ahead, the pool is scheduled to be shot with shotcrete in early January, keeping the project on track for upcoming phases. Through close collaboration and careful coordination, D. Clugston remains committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining momentum throughout this project. .
